Procedure
A belt-shaped incision is made, the buttocks are raised (thrusting them outwards if necessary), the thigh skin is raised, the abdomen and pubis is flattened and stretched and all excess fat and skin is removed. The scar is concealed with underwear or bathing suit (in both men and women).
