Procedure
Nasal surgery can be performed as a closed or open technique, with the only difference being a tiny scar in the columella, the pillar between the two nostrils. We remodel the framework comprising the bone and cartilage and, once completed, a small splint is inserted for a week. We almost never use nasal packing after surgery.
