Double chin removal is a cosmetic procedure designed to reduce or eliminate excess fat and/or sagging skin under the chin, when this area makes the facial profile look heavy, aged or poorly defined.
This procedure defines the jawline and neck, improves facial harmony and restores a slimmer, more youthful profile, achieving a natural, balanced result without altering your expression.

Indicated when the main problem is fat accumulation under the chin. It removes the excess fat and defines the jawline quickly and effectively.
Double chin removal with neck tightening

What is the double chin liposuction process like?
Double chin liposuction can be performed as an outpatient procedure and takes between 30 and 60 minutes. First, the surgeon applies local anesthesia to numb the chin and neck area. Small incisions are then made under the chin or behind the ears.
A fine cannula, a small tube used to break up and suction out the fat accumulated in the double chin, is inserted through these incisions. The specialist shapes the area to achieve a more defined, natural contour.
Personalized medical assessment
The first consultation takes place directly with the specialist surgeon, who analyzes the amount of fat in the double chin, the quality of the skin and the definition of the neck and jaw to determine whether the patient is a candidate for chin lipo. During the consultation, the facial contour is studied and the double chin liposuction procedure and expected results are explained. A payment of €80 is required in advance to book the appointment. If you cannot travel, the first visit can also be done by video call with the surgeon who would operate on you: it costs €50, which is deducted if you decide to have surgery.

Preparing for the surgery

Chin lipo is performed in operating rooms, under local anesthesia to numb the chin and neck area and with continuous medical monitoring, meeting the highest safety standards.
During surgery, small incisions are made under the chin or behind the ears, through which a fine cannula is inserted to remove the excess fat accumulated in the double chin. The goal is to define the contour of the neck and jaw, achieving a slimmer, more harmonious profile.

After the procedure, the patient can go home the same day. It is normal to have swelling or minor bruising, which gradually subsides over the following days.

Double chin liposuction is a cosmetic procedure that removes the excess fat accumulated under the chin to achieve a more defined facial profile. Although it is considered a minimally invasive procedure with a relatively low complication rate, it is not free of risks.
