What is vaginoplasty?
Vaginoplasty is an intimate surgery that tightens the vaginal canal and repairs the pelvic floor muscles when they have lost tone, usually after one or more births or with the passage of time. It is performed in the operating room, through an internal approach and with no visible scars, with the aim of restoring the firmness and function of the area.
Unlike labiaplasty, which works on the labia minora and is mainly cosmetic, vaginoplasty works on the internal structure. Types of vaginoplasty
Vaginal tightening vaginoplasty

What are the risks of vaginoplasty?
The risk that determines the technique
Vaginoplasty is a standardized, well-tolerated surgery, but the caliber is not decided by aiming for the greatest possible tightening. Excessive tightening causes pain during intercourse, and correcting it is harder than avoiding it in the first place.
That is why the measurement is adjusted in the operating room using conservative criteria and checked during recovery, and why the first consultation serves to rule out a prolapse or incontinence, which are treated differently.
