Is recovery without nasal packing painful?
Contrary to popular belief, rhinoplasty is not a painful surgery, but rather uncomfortable due to congestion. Most of the swelling disappears in the first month, but the nasal tip, which is the area most worked on in feminization, can take between 6 and 12 months to show its final and refined shape.
