Collagen biostimulators

Facial harmonization is a non-surgical aesthetic medicine treatment that combines different injectable techniques to balance the proportions of the face and enhance its natural beauty.
It works by restoring volume, redefining the contour and softening expression lines in a harmonious way, improving facial symmetry without altering your natural expression.

Before the treatment, you have a consultation with the specialist doctor who will perform it, in which your face, skin quality and aesthetic goals are assessed to design a fully personalized plan. This consultation costs €50, deductible from your first treatment.
Skin ultrasound with NESAI
When the doctor considers it necessary, a NESAI Derm ultrasound is performed in Barcelona to assess the skin before treating: dermis thickness, density, collagen, fibers and sun damage.
Preparing for the treatment
Preparation is simple and requires no special care: your skin should be clean, with no makeup or creams on the day of the session. You can come to your appointment as you normally would.

Risks and contraindications of facial harmonization
Contraindications and when extra caution is needed
Facial harmonization with hyaluronic acid is not suitable in every case. It should be considered with particular caution if there is an active infection or lesion in the area to be treated, an active cold sore, certain autoimmune or skin conditions, a tendency to form keloids, a known allergy to any of the product's components, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when expectations do not match what the treatment can realistically offer. You should also tell your doctor about any previous treatment with other filler materials in the same area. The medical consultation determines whether harmonization with hyaluronic acid is right for your case or whether another treatment option should be considered.
What are the risks of facial harmonization with hyaluronic acid?
It is a safe treatment when performed by qualified medical staff, with approved products and under medical supervision. However, like any aesthetic medicine procedure, it can have side effects, most of them mild and temporary.
