What is the Brow Lift?
The brow lift, or eyebrow elevation, is an outpatient procedure aimed at repositioning the eyebrows when they have descended over time or give a tired or sad appearance to the gaze.
It involves gently raising the position of the eyebrow to open up the expression, improve the harmony of the upper third of the face, and achieve a more rested and natural appearance. Types of brow lifts
Endoscopic brow lift:
It is performed through small incisions in the scalp. It allows for a natural eyebrow lift with barely visible scars. This is the one we perform most at Instituto de Benito and it is outpatient.
Direct eyebrow lift:
It is done with a small incision near the eyebrow and is used when a more localized or precise lift is needed.
Lateral lift:
It mainly lifts the outer part of the eyebrow, helping to open the gaze and improve expression without changing the center of the face too much.
What is the eyebrow lift process like?
The procedure is planned in a personalized way after analyzing the facial anatomy and the ideal position of the eyebrows according to the patient's features. There are different surgical techniques, such as the endoscopic lift or the frontal lift, which allow for a gentle eyebrow lift, smooth forehead wrinkles, and improve the openness of the gaze while maintaining a natural result.
