Body Ultherapy is a state-of-the-art non-invasive aesthetic treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound technology to firm the skin, reduce sagging, and stimulate the natural production of collagen and elastin. This procedure works on the deep layers of the skin without the need for surgery, helping to tighten and reshape areas such as the abdomen, arms, knees, thighs, and décolleté.
Known as the "non-surgical body lift," body Ultherapy improves skin firmness and elasticity progressively and naturally, offering visible results without needles, scars, or recovery time. It is an ideal option for those looking to rejuvenate the body, combat loss of tone, and achieve firmer, more defined skin safely and effectively.
Body Ultherapy applies the same FDA-approved HIFU technology as facial Ultherapy, adapted for moderate body sagging in selected patients. The Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine (SEME) recognizes body HIFU as one of the non-invasive treatments with the best balance between depth of action and duration of results. It is not indicated for significant fat reduction: for that, liposculpture is appropriate.
The treatment is carried out entirely in the medical office of the Instituto de Benito in Barcelona or Madrid, in an outpatient session always designed and supervised by a licensed aesthetic doctor. It consists of the following steps:
Before the treatment, an assessment is conducted with the aesthetic doctor at the Instituto de Benito. They study your case, evaluate the area and indication, rule out contraindications, and design a personalized plan. The first aesthetic medical visit costs €50 (deductible from the first treatment).
Diagnosis of hydration, dermal density, collagen, and firmness with 99.99% precision.
The skin should be clean, without creams, makeup, or sunscreen. The doctor reviews the area, adjusts the equipment parameters, and explains what you will feel during the session.
A conductive or lubricant gel is applied depending on the equipment, and the doctor moves the head over the area maintaining the correct therapeutic parameters for the necessary time. The sensation is controlled and well tolerated.
The doctor provides home care instructions (gentle cleanser, reinforced hydration, and mandatory SPF50+ photoprotection) and plans the check-ups. In the case of intensive medical depigmenting treatment, the cream for the home protocol is also provided and reviewed weekly at the beginning.

The final price depends on the area or areas to be treated, the product or cocktail used, and the number of sessions the doctor recommends after evaluation. The first aesthetic medical visit costs 50 € (deductible from the first treatment). We offer financing for prolonged treatments and packages.
Body Ultherapy is indicated for individuals in good general health who meet any of these profiles. Final suitability is confirmed by the doctor after a personalized evaluation.

Patient safety comes before any aesthetic result. Nasolabial fold filler should not be performed or should be postponed in the following cases:

Flat abdomen without surgery
Body ultherapy is a safe treatment when performed by a licensed doctor in an authorized center and with approved medical products. Even so, every medical procedure has a profile of possible effects that it is honest to share with you.
An aesthetic doctor from the IdB team with experience in chemical peels and dermocosmetics evaluates the skin type, phototype, and indication (spots, acne, anti-aging or melasma) before prescribing the most appropriate protocol.
Body Ultherapy applies the same HIFU technology used for the face to body areas with moderate sagging; at IdB, it is especially prescribed for postpartum abdomen and inner thighs.
At Instituto de Benito, patient safety comes before any aesthetic goal. We work with audited clinical protocols, medical CE-marked healthcare products with batch traceability, single-use instruments, dedicated aesthetic medicine rooms, and personalized follow-up between sessions. We never delegate a medical-aesthetic procedure to non-medical staff.
Postpartum abdomen, inner thighs, arms, buttocks, and inner knees. These are areas where moderate sagging usually appears and where body HIFU achieves a visible firming effect without surgery.
The best candidates are individuals with mild to moderate sagging and good skin quality. The postpartum abdomen and the inner arms and thighs usually show a better response because they combine loss of skin tension with little residual fat.
The result usually lasts between 12 and 18 months, depending on skin quality, age, hormonal changes, weight, and lifestyle. Periodic maintenance is recommended to prolong the lifting effect.
The lifting effect is progressive. The skin begins to tighten between the first weeks and 2 months, with continuous improvement up to 6 months thanks to the deep stimulation of collagen and elastin.
A slight initial tension may be noticed after the session, but the true result appears gradually as the body generates new collagen.

It depends on the available time, anatomical extension, and personalized guidelines. Usually, between one and several areas are treated in sessions of 60 to 120 minutes.

An intense and pinpoint sensation is felt during each ultrasound shot, similar to facial treatment. The discomfort is tolerable and does not require medical leave. The patient can resume their usual activity immediately.
It is not a treatment to eliminate large volumes of fat. Its main goal is to firm tissues and improve sagging. When there is significant fat excess, it is usually combined with liposculpture.
In many cases of postpartum abdomen, the combination of liposculpture (if there is excess fat) + maintenance Ultherapy offers the best overall result.
It improves skin sagging but does not correct abdominal diastasis (separation of the rectus muscles). If the diastasis is significant, the main indication is usually surgical (abdominoplasty or muscle repair). Ultherapy can be used later as an aesthetic complement.
Patients with mild or moderate sagging who wish to improve body firmness without surgery, scars, or recovery time. It does not replace body lift surgery when there is severe excess skin.
