The butt augmentation we perform in Barcelona is done with your own fat (fat transfer), without implants. The fat is obtained by liposuction from areas such as the abdomen, flanks or back and injected into the buttock, in the subcutaneous plane. We see you at the clinic at Av. Diagonal, 490, 1º 1ª, in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi.
You are assessed by Dr. Orestes Fernández, from the clinic's body surgery team. At the first visit it is checked whether there is enough fat in the donor areas and what volume it is reasonable to transfer, because that determines whether the surgery is indicated. The center is authorized by the health authority under registration number E08585688.
The price starts from €7,500 and varies depending on the technique and the volume to be treated. Financing is available for up to 48 months, with 12 months interest-free.

Part of the fat is naturally reabsorbed during the first weeks. The fat that integrates remains stable, as long as your weight does too.
During the first weeks it is recommended not to sit directly on your buttocks and to sleep face down or on your side. At your check-ups the surgeon will tell you when you can do so again.

Most patients are back to a fairly normal routine between days 8 and 12. Light exercise can be resumed at 3 or 4 weeks and intense exercise from week 6 or 8.
