What does Elegance help with?
Elegance by Farmogal is a treatment room device that combines two things: vibration, which works the tissue and the muscle, and infrared, which adds heat. Depending on the area, we use it for one of these four concerns.
Choose what bothers you
Heavy, swollen legs
If your legs feel heavy at the end of the day because of fluid retention, the session helps ease that heaviness and swelling.
Localised fat
We work on the specific area that bothers you, such as the abdomen, as part of a body protocol.
Muscle knots and tension
The infrared heat relaxes the muscles and the vibration works them. Designed for everyday tension and overload.
Dull skin and fine lines
On the face, we aim for brighter skin with a more even texture and less visible fine lines.
How much does Elegance cost?
€50 for a 30-minute session. That is what you pay when you book, and there is nothing else to pay.
You can have it on its own or add it to another treatment. It is most often combined with the circulatory massage, the cellulite treatment or the hydrating facial with Farmogal skincare.

No needles and no recovery time: when it is over, you carry on with your day.
Preparing the area
We prepare the skin of the area we are going to treat.
Vibration
It works the tissue and the muscle: on the body, for localised fat, fluid retention and muscle knots; on the face, for skin quality.
Infrared heat
It relaxes the muscles. The intensity is adjusted to the area and to the manufacturer's guidelines.
Adapted to your area
The eye area is not treated the same way as a leg or the back: we change the handpiece depending on the area.
Is it for you?

Both. You can book it on its own or add it to the circulatory massage, the cellulite treatment or the hydrating facial with Farmogal skincare. The specialist checks beforehand that it suits your area.
How many sessions do I need?
There is no single schedule. It depends on the goal, the area and the protocol. Before recommending a series of sessions we assess each case and set realistic expectations.
Does it hurt or leave marks?
No. It is a needle-free treatment: vibration and heat. When it is over you can carry on with your day. We check for contraindications beforehand.
Does it work for any muscle pain?
For tension and overload, yes. If the pain is severe, does not improve or follows an injury, a healthcare professional should see it first.
Do you offer Elegance in Madrid?
No. Wellness treatments are done at our Barcelona clinic.
